HOW DOES IT WORK?

We have access to multiple online resume databases that help us find ways of locating and attracting potential candidates to the roles our clients are looking to fill. We use social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to help generate awareness and interest in vacant positions. These methods also help us to thoroughly research each potential candidate to get a sense of their likes, dislikes, personalities, and job-related experience. Additionally, we use state-of-the-art applicant tracking systems to keep an updated list of all candidates and make updated notes on their profiles to help you determine for yourself if they’re a suitable candidate for the position you’re offering. Throughout the entire process, we keep you in the loop and accept all feedback that helps us find the best possible matches for your company.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We’re always on the lookout for fresh talent or employees who are looking for bigger and better opportunities within their field. It typically takes us a few days to locate candidates and evaluate their skill sets. Then we conduct the first round of interviews via phone, Zoom or in-person. Only the most qualified and suitable candidates will be contacted for a follow up interview. We are dedicated to filling your open roles as quickly and efficiently as possible.

DO I HAVE ANY INVOLVEMENT?

You can be as involved as you want to be! We work with your preferences. From just giving us a brief description of what you’re looking for and letting us handle the rest, or having someone from your company to be present at each and every interview, we will work with you to figure out a hiring process that makes the most sense for you. At the end of the day, it's your choice!
